NON-FOOD VENDOR & SWAP MEET VENDOR  INFORMATION

 All vendors must be pre-approved. This is done using the registration form found at the bottom of our flyer on our Events page. Include your name and contact information and write VENDOR on the form and list a brief summary of what you are selling and mail the form to P.O. Box 2704, Baytown, Tx77522.

 We accept applications on a first come first serve basis so it is important to submit your application early! We want our vendors to do well so we limit vendors based on what they sell. In other words we like variety, not 10 or 15 vendors selling the same thing. Vendors may want to call 832-457-2158 before submitting an application to see if a similar vendor has been approved.

 While we approve the vast majority of vendors, it is important to remember that this is a family event and we do not allow the sale of distasteful items and under no circumstances shall alcoholic beverages be sold or consumed during this event. Bayshore Fine Rides, Inc. reserves the right to revoke the right of any vendor to sell any item we deem inappropriate and improper conduct by any vendor can and will result in forfeit of vendor space.

 

 

WARE VENDORS

No fuels, flames, heat, generators, or electrical devices used in the demonstration or sale of your wares.

 

 

ELECTRIC & WATER

 There are NO electrical or water hook ups available.

 

WASTE DISPOSAL

All vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of any trash or debris they create or cause. Vendors are advised to bring trash bags and/or waste receptacles to be placed at their space for the convenience of their customers. Please do not leave your waste behind for others to dispose of.

 

MUSIC & SOUND DEVICES

Bayshore Fine Rides, Inc. provides all entertainment and sound for this event. Stereos, megaphones, speakers, etc., are not allowed and will not be tolerated.

 

CANOPIES, TABLES & CHAIRS

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own canopies, tables and chairs and insuring that they do not exceed the space for which they have been approved for.

 

 

SET-UP & TAKE DOWN RULES

Vendors may set up on Saturday morning between the hours of 6am and 8am. NO EXCEPTIONS. Show vehicles will come in fast and furious on Saturday and we will not allow late arriving vendors to interrupt the process. Late arrivals will be subject to a lengthy wait before being allowed to set up or may be refused entry at the sole discretion of Bayshore Fine Rides, Inc.

Take down should be completed by 6:00pm. Please use your best judgment to determine when you should begin take down to be sure you are ready to leave the event by 6:00pm. The awards ceremony is usually held at 3:30pm and lasts for about 1 hour. Once the prizes and awards are given out, show vehicles and spectators leave in mass very quickly. Usually it takes about 30 to 45 minutes to clear out. Please be aware of the traffic and remember that leaving early may cost you another sale. We recommend vendors wait until after the awards ceremony to begin take down.

*In the event of inclement weather or any term of force majure, this event may be cancelled at any time at the discretion of Bayshore Fine Rides Inc. and or the City of Baytown. No fees shall be construed as refundable for the cancellation of this event.
